Firstly, I would like to apologise to the organisers for not coming for the gathering. They have put in a lot of time and effort in planning such a class gathering. I had gastric pain and some flu and I was afraid that the flu was contagious so I stayed home instead.

Secondly, the turnout for the class gathering was rather discouraging, with only 9 people coming including the organisers, which are probably 3 or 4 people. The excuses alone stopped many people from coming. All I know is that the number of people who turned up is very little. When the last round we had close to 30 people coming, this round really shows a large difference. At the previous class gathering much more people came. I expected less people to come, roughly around half the class or just a little lower, but less than a quarter of the class actually came, not even two digits of people came! However, the swimsuit problem should have been solved by then. Because we went there for a class gathering. The September gathering may not even occur at all, because many people would be studying for their end of year exams. So the most closest date that a class gathering would even occur is during the November/December holidays. By that point of time some people might have lost contact with the class.

However, though this statement may sound silly, but could another class gathering be held during the June holidays? Because the turnout is so little. I know that everyone is very busy people, but holding one more now is better, because the next most possible chance is during November/December holidays, and that will be like 5 or 6 months from now?
